Park History Timeline:
• 1890's - Owned by Lehigh Valley Railroad & featured a huge dance
  and picnic pavilion.[1]
• Over the years, first by the Wintersteen family & then, in the 1930's,
  the Hanson's added many rides, including the roller rink.[1]
• 1935 - John Hanson took on sole ownership of the park.
  He constructed the two story rink & bathhouse.[8]
• 1950's - In it's heyday, the park attracted thousands of visitors and
  musical acts to its ballroom.[1]
• 1964 - Donald & Shirley Hanson took over the park.[8]
• 1970's - Attenendance was starting to slump.[1]
• 1982 - The "Bathhouse" (Rink) became known as Hanson's Marina Inc.[6]
• 1984 - Park closed and many rides were auctioned off.[1]
• 1992-1999 - Hanson's became a concert venue at the leased amphitheater.[1]
• 2003 - Shirley Hanson sold the land to a developer.[1]
• 2020 - After sitting idle and having fallen into disrepair, the Marina, Roller Rink
  & locker room were demolished.[6]
