All articles found say that it was still called Delsea Arena with new owner up until in burned in 1975.

• Opened: 1976. (No grand opening ads, but articles started to appear in 1976 with the new name.)
• Closed in 1986 for just a couple months to repair the damage after the fire.[11]
• Re-Opened: 1986[12] - 2016[12]

In 2016, the building was leased to Jim Ulrich and on June 22, became Sk8 47 Skating & Fun Center.
Still operating as of 2023 & owned by Jim Ulrich since Feb 22, 2018.

to Jim Ulrich and on June 22, became Sk8 47 Skating & Fun Center.
Still operating as of 2023 & owned by Jim Ulrich since Feb 22, 2018.
